As part of this reorganization, the Secretary renamed MMS's Minerals Revenue Management Program (MRM) the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) and directed that ONRR transition to the Office of the Assistant Secretary--Policy, Management and Budget (PMB). This change requires reorganization of title 30 of the Code of Federal Regulations (30 CFR).
