2010-19424 Office of the Ombudsman Proposed Rule The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is seeking comment on a proposed regulation to implement section 1317(i) of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 (12 U.S.C. 4517(i)).
