06-8434 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Area Sources: Polyvinyl Chloride and Copolymers Production, Primary Copper Smelting, Secondary Copper Smelting, and Primary Nonferrous Metals-Zinc, Cadmium, and Beryllium Proposed Rule EPA is proposing national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for four area source categories. The proposed NESHAP reflect EPA's determination that existing facilities in three of these categories are well controlled and that the emission control devices and work practices at these facilities represent the generally available control technology (GACT) for these source categories.
