06-4196 Update of Continuous Instrumental Test Methods Rule On October 10, 2003, the EPA proposed amendments to update five instrumental test methods that are used to measure air pollutant emissions from stationary sources. These amendments are finalized in this document and reflect changes to the proposal to accommodate the public comments. This action is made to improve the methods by simplifying, harmonizing, and updating their procedures. A large number of industries are already subject to provisions that require the use of these methods.
