06-2703 NESHAP: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Hazardous Waste Combustors Proposed Rule On October 12, 2005, EPA promulgated national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for new and existing hazardous waste combustors. Subsequently, the Administrator received four petitions for reconsideration of the final rule. In this proposed rule, EPA is granting reconsideration of one issue in the petitions submitted by Ash Grove Cement Company and the Cement Kiln Recycling Coalition: The new source standard for particulate matter (PM) for cement kilns that burn hazardous waste. We are requesting comment on a revised new source particulate matter standard for cement kilns.
