06-1918 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Miscellaneous Organic Chemical Manufacturing Rule This action amends the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for miscellaneous organic chemical manufacturing. The amendment will extend the compliance date for existing sources by 18 months. Under the promulgated rule, existing affected sources would be required to be in compliance by November 10, 2006.
