05-3000 Standards of Performance for Stationary Combustion Turbines Proposed Rule The EPA is proposing standards of performance for new stationary combustion turbines in 40 CFR part 60, subpart KKKK. The new standards would reflect changes in nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) emission control technologies and turbine design since standards for these units were originally promulgated in 40 CFR part 60, subpart GG.
