05-23716 Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources and Emission Guidelines for Existing Sources: Other Solid Waste Incineration Units Rule EPA is promulgating new source performance standards (NSPS) and emission guidelines for new and existing "other" solid waste incineration units (OSWI). The final rules for OSWI units fulfill the requirements of sections 111 and 129 of the Clean Air Act (CAA), which require EPA to promulgate NSPS and emission guidelines for solid waste incineration units.
