05-16701 National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Reinforced Plastic Composites Production Rule The EPA is taking direct final action on amendments to the national emissions standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for reinforced plastic composites production which were issued April 12, 2003, under section 112 of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The direct final amendments revise compliance options for open molding, correct errors, and add clarification to sections of the rule. We are issuing the amendments as a direct final rule, without prior proposal, because we view the revisions as noncontroversial and anticipate no adverse comments. However, in the Proposed Rules section of this Federal Register notice, we are publishing a separate document that will serve as the proposal to amend the NESHAP for reinforced plastic composites production if adverse comments are filed. 2005-08-25 2005 8 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2005/08/25/05-16701/national-emissions-standards-for-hazardous-air-pollutants-reinforced-plastic-composites-production https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2005-08-25/pdf/05-16701.pdf Environmental Protection Agency 145 The EPA is taking direct final action on amendments to the national emissions standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for reinforced plastic composites production which were issued April 12, 2003, under section 112 of the Clean Air Act (CAA)....
