The Executive Director proposes to revise the TSP loan regulations to assess a $50.00 fee on new TSP loans, permit a participant to have a single general purpose loan at any one time, and implement a 60-day waiting period between the date a loan is repaid and a new loan application for a loan of the same type will be accepted.
