The Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), as the matching agency under the Privacy Act, is hereby given notice to the record subjects to a computer matching program between Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General (VA OIG) and the Department of Defense (DoD) that their records are being matched by computer.
