The FEIS analyzes the Continued Maintenance Alternative (No-Action), comprising the current USIBWC vegetation maintenance program, and the impacts of three vegetation maintenance alternatives that vary from the current USIBWC vegetation maintenance practices along the Lower Rio Grande Valley.
