03-25372 Proposed Chehalem Mountains Viticultural Area (2002R-214P) Proposed Rule The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) proposes to establish the Chehalem Mountains viticultural area located in Yamhill, Washington, and Clackamas Counties, Oregon. This proposed viticultural area is entirely within the approved Willamette Valley viticultural area. We designate viticultural areas to allow bottlers to better describe the origin of wines and allow consumers to better identify the wines they may purchase.
