02-8606 Employee Elections To Contribute to the Thrift Savings Plan and Methods of Withdrawing Funds From the Thrift Savings Plan Rule The Executive Director of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (Board) is amending the regulations on employee elections to contribute to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) to permit participants to transfer into their TSP accounts tax-deferred balances from an expanded group of eligible retirement plans.
