| 02-7223 | National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Pesticide Active Ingredient Production | Proposed Rule | On June 23, 1999, EPA promulgated national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for Pesticide Active Ingredient Production (40 CFR part 63, subpart MMM). On August 19, 20, and 23, 1999, petitions for judicial review of the June 1999 rule were filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. This action is in response to issues raised by two of those petitioners--the American Crop Protection Association (ACPA) and the American Cyanamid Company (now BASF Corporation). In this action, EPA proposes amendments to the rule to address issues raised by petitioners and to correct inconsistencies that have been discovered since the rule was originally promulgated. | 2002-04-10 | 2002 | 4 | https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2002/04/10/02-7223/national-emission-standards-for-hazardous-air-pollutants-for-pesticide-active-ingredient-production | https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2002-04-10/pdf/02-7223.pdf | Environmental Protection Agency | 145 | On June 23, 1999, EPA promulgated national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for Pesticide Active Ingredient Production (40 CFR part 63, subpart MMM).
