02-31921 Filing Procedures, Corporate Powers, International Banking, Management Official Interlocks Proposed Rule The FDIC is proposing to amend its regulations governing filing procedures, international banking and management official interlocks by making technical corrections and modifications to clarify existing policies and procedures. In addition, the FDIC is proposing to add a waiver provision to its regulations.
