02-24621 Associations-Community Facilities Loans Rule The Rural Housing Service (RHS) hereby amends the regulations utilized to administer the Community Facilities loan program to remove administrative requirements and the requirement to complete Forms RD 1942-14, 1942-43, and 1942-45 from Federal regulations. Forms RD 1942- 14, 1942-43, and 1942-45 are completed by Federal employees processing loan requests to summarize information concerning project feasibility.
