02-22800 Certified Mediation Program Rule The Farm Service Agency (FSA) is amending its agricultural loan mediation regulations to implement the requirements of the Federal Crop Insurance Reform and Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 (the 1994 Act) and the United States Grain Standards Act of 2000 (the Grain Standards Act). This rule establishes and modifies requirements and procedures for certification and funding of State mediation programs.
