02-21363 2002 Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 Sugar Programs and Farm Facility Storage Loan Program Rule This rule implements the provisions of Title I of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (the 2002 Act) relating to the various activities affecting sugar beet and sugar cane producers and processors and the marketing of sugar. Generally, these regulations are applicable through Fiscal Year (FY) 2007.
