Code Sec. 24-221.01 (DCEGT). This rule will apply to D.C. Code offenders in Bureau institutions or Bureau contract facilities under the National Capital Revitalization and Self-Government Improvement Act of 1997 (D.C. Revitalization Act), D.C. Code Sec. 24-101(b), who committed their offenses before August 5, 2000. Through this rule, we will allow inmates sentenced under the D.C. Code to retain benefits permitted by the D.C.
