02-13734 Executive Branch Financial Disclosure, Qualified Trusts, and Certificates of Divestiture; Financial Disclosure Requirements for Interests in Revocable Inter Vivos Trusts Rule The Office of Government Ethics is issuing a final rule to amend the regulation that describes the financial disclosure requirements of the Ethics in Government Act with respect to trusts in which employees, their spouses and their dependent children have certain interests.
