02-1308 Paroling, Recommitting, and Supervising Federal Prisoners: Prisoners Serving Sentences Under the District of Columbia Code Rule The U.S. Parole Commission is amending its rules of procedure that govern the revocation process for District of Columbia parolees who are arrested and held in the District of Columbia on warrants charging them with violations of parole. The amended rules implement a decision of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, in Long v. Gaines, Civ. The amended rules also include other procedures designed to comply with the court's order. 2002-01-18 2002 1 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2002/01/18/02-1308/paroling-recommitting-and-supervising-federal-prisoners-prisoners-serving-sentences-under-the https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2002-01-18/pdf/02-1308.pdf Justice Department; Parole Commission 268,401 The U.S. Parole Commission is amending its rules of procedure that govern the revocation process for District of Columbia parolees who are arrested and held in the District of Columbia on warrants charging them with violations of parole.
