02-12622 Revisions to the Export Administration Regulations as a Result of the September 2001 Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) Plenary Meeting Rule The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Commerce Control List (CCL), to reflect changes that were negotiated during the September 2001 Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) Plenary in Ottawa, Canada. These revisions include several changes to CCL entries ECCN 1C107 and ECCN 9A101. The revisions to ECCN 1C107 clarify what shapes and sizes are usable for rocket nozzles and reentry vehicle nose tips.
