01-32117 FTA Fiscal Year 2002 Apportionments, Allocations and Program Information Notice The Department of Transportation (DOT) and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2002 (FY 2002 DOT Appropriations Act) (Pub. L. 107-87) was signed into law by President Bush on December 18, 2001, and provides FY 2002 appropriations for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) transit assistance programs. Based upon this Act, the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21), and 49 U.S.C. Chapter 53, this notice contains a comprehensive list of apportionments and allocations for transit programs. In addition, prior year unobligated allocations for the section 5309 New Starts and Bus Programs are listed.
