01-32113 Certain Corrosion-Resistant Carbon Steel Flat Products From Japan: Notice of Initiation and Preliminary Results of Changed Circumstances Review of the Antidumping Order, and Intent To Revoke Order in Part Notice In accordance with 19 CFR 351.216(b), Dana Glacier Daido America, LLC ("Dana") filed a request for a changed circumstances review of the antidumping order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Japan with respect to the carbon steel flat products described below. Domestic producers of the like product have affirmatively expressed no interest in continuation of the order with respect to these particular carbon steel flat products. In response to Dana's request, the Department of Commerce ("the Department") is initiating a changed circumstances review with respect to this request and issuing a notice of intent to revoke in part the antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Japan.
