These alternatives include a no-action alternative, Transportation Systems Demand (TSM) alternative, transit service improvements, bus service expansion alternatives, bus rapid transit (BRT) alternatives, and light rail transit (LRT) alternatives. In addition, alternatives that are identified from the scoping process will be evaluated in the EIS/EIR.
