01-24783 Records Management; Electronic Text Documents Proposed Rule NARA is seeking comments from Federal agencies and the public on a petition for rulemaking we received from the Public Citizen Litigation Group (Public Citizen). The petition requested that the Archivist amend NARA rules concerning the management, scheduling and preservation of text documents created in electronic form. This advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) seeks comments on the issues raised in the first and third proposals in the petition.
