| 01-16971 | Grants for State Revolving Loan Funds for Fuel Purchases | Notice | The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) announces the availability of up to $5,000,000 for fiscal year (FY) 2001 in a new program of grants to state entities to establish and support revolving loan funds to provide a more cost-effective means of purchasing fuel for communities where the fuel cannot be shipped by means of surface transportation. This notice describes the grant eligibility and application requirements, and the criteria that will be used by RUS to award grants.
