| 00-9675 | Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request | Notice | In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), the OCC, the Board, and the FDIC (collectively, the "agencies") hereby give notice that they plan to submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requests for review of the information collection described below. The agencies may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection that has been extended, revised, or implemented on or after October 1, 1995, unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The agencies, under the auspices of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), intend to extend, without revision, the following currently approved information collection: the Foreign Branch Report of Condition (FFIEC 030). At the end of the comment period, the comments and recommendations received will be analyzed to determine whether the FFIEC and the agencies should modify the information collection. The agencies will then submit the report to OMB for review and approval. | 2000-04-18 | 2000 | 4 | https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2000/04/18/00-9675/agency-information-collection-activities-proposed-collection-comment-request | https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2000-04-18/pdf/00-9675.pdf | Treasury Department; Comptroller of the Currency; Federal Reserve System; Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation | 497,80,188,164 | In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), the OCC, the Board, and the FDIC (collectively, the "agencies") hereby give notice that they plan to submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)... |
