This notice announces that the Peace Corps has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget a request seeking Emergency Clearance from the Office of Management and Budget to approve the reinstatement of the National Agency Check Questionnaire for Peace Corps Volunteer Background Investigation [OMB Number 0420-0001]. The Agency will also seek an expiration date starting after the 90 day Emergency Clearance and ending three years from that approval date.
