Today, the Office of Thrift Supervision within the Department of the Treasury solicits comments on proposed changes to the Thrift Financial Report. The proposed changes, which are discussed in more detail below, are comprised of collection of additional information on: (1) High loan-to-value loans; (2) trust assets administered; (3) residual interests in financial assets sold; and (4) structured liabilities.
