00-32930 Milk in the Northeast and Other Marketing Areas; Interim Amendment of Orders Rule This interim rule amends, on an emergency basis, the Class III and Class IV pricing formulas used in Federal milk orders, effective for milk marketed on or after January 1, 2001. The rule thereby conforms to the requirements of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2000, which mandated reconsideration of the Class III and Class IV pricing formulas included in the final rule for the consolidation and reform of Federal milk orders, with amendments to be effective January 1, 2001.
