We refer to these as "the CBI regulations." As part of this process, we are planning to revise the current CBI regulations so they will be in plain language and will reflect current case law and recent technological developments. In revising the CBI regulations, we also intend to improve our processing of requests for CBI while ensuring appropriate protection of confidential business information. We are seeking comments as to the extent of additional revisions.
