00-31331 National Emission Standards for Aerospace Manufacturing and Rework Facilities Rule On September 1, 1995, we promulgated the National Emission Standards for Aerospace Manufacturing and Rework Facilities. On January 24, 2000, we proposed to amend the standards to include a separate emission limit for exterior primers used for large commercial aircraft at existing facilities that produce fully assembled, large commercial aircraft. This action finalizes those proposed amendments. In addition, we are making a minor correction to the monitoring requirements section of the aerospace emission standards.
