00-30844 Fiduciary Activities of National Banks Proposed Rule The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), through a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), is proposing to amend its regulations to codify OCC interpretations on national bank multi-state trust operations. The purpose of the ANPR is to determine the extent to which national banks that engage in fiduciary activities in more than one state experience problems in their administration as a result of complying with more than one state's laws and, if problems exist, to invite comment on ways in which the OCC could address these problems. 2000-12-05 2000 12 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2000/12/05/00-30844/fiduciary-activities-of-national-banks https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2000-12-05/pdf/00-30844.pdf Treasury Department; Comptroller of the Currency 497,80 The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), through a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), is proposing to amend its regulations to codify OCC interpretations on national bank multi-state trust operations.
