00-27959 Application Processing Proposed Rule As part of its ongoing effort to review and streamline its regulations, the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) proposes to revise its application processing guidelines and procedures. The proposed changes would update the rules to reflect existing practices and procedures; provide more predictable procedures for applicants; and provide greater flexibility to OTS in processing applications.
