00-26621 Duplication and Electronic Generation of Forms Rule This rule amends the Immigration and Naturalization Service (Service) regulations regarding duplication and electronic generation of public use forms by public and private entities. This rule eliminates the requirement that duplicated and electronically generated forms be produced on the same color paper and in the same printing configuration that is used for the official Service forms. This rule also removes the requirement that duplicated and electronically generated copies of forms made by public and private entities be submitted for Service review and approval. The Service is eliminating these requirements to make it easier for public and private entities to take advantage of existing technology in the marketplace and on the Service's Internet Website. 2000-10-17 2000 10 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2000/10/17/00-26621/duplication-and-electronic-generation-of-forms https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2000-10-17/pdf/00-26621.pdf Justice Department; Immigration and Naturalization Service 268,232 This rule amends the Immigration and Naturalization Service (Service) regulations regarding duplication and electronic generation of public use forms by public and private entities.
