00-2604 Domestic Mail Manual Changes to Processing Instructions for Nonautomation Mail and Revisions to Letter Tray Labels Rule This final rule revises Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) sections M130 and M610 with amendments to optional processing instructions for nonautomation mail. New standards provide a means for mailers to exclude their letter-size mail from any automated processing involved with initial distribution of mail, including tabbing and labeling machines, barcode sorters, and optical character readers.
