New Mexico proposed revisions about the definitions of "Material Damage" and "Occupied Residential Dwelling and Associated Structures"; improvidently issued permits; design, construction, and inspection requirements for ponds and impoundments; ground cover requirements for lands to be developed for recreation and shelterbelts; subsidence buffer zones; and adjustment of bond amounts.
