The proposed new system of records will maintain information SSA will use to investigate and take appropriate action in cases of individuals suspected of knowingly making false or misleading statements when pursuing claims under title II or title XVI of the Social Security Act. We also are proposing to establish 'routine use' disclosures applicable to the proposed new system of records.
