00-22000 Final Power Allocation Procedures of the Post-2004 Resource Pool-Loveland Area Projects Notice Western Area Power Administration (Western), a Federal power marketing agency of the Department of Energy, announces its Post-2004 Resource Pool Allocation Procedures developed under the requirements of Subpart C--Power Marketing Initiative of the Energy Planning and Management Program (Program) Final Rule, 10 CFR part 905. Subpart C of the Program provides for establishing project-specific resource pools and allocating power from these pools to new preference customers.
