00-21903 Commerce in Firearms and Ammunition-Annual Inventory of Firearms (99R-502P) Proposed Rule The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) is proposing to amend the regulations to require Federally licensed importers, manufacturers, and dealers of firearms to take at least one physical inventory each year. The proposed regulations also specify the circumstances under which these licensees must conduct a special physical inventory.
