00-21045 Criteria for Granting Waivers of Requirement for Exclusive U.S.-Flag Vessel Carriage of Certain Export Cargoes Notice The Maritime Administration (MARAD, we, us, our) is soliciting public comment on whether and/or how MARAD should amend its existing criteria for granting waivers of the requirement that cargo covered by Public Resolution 17 (PR-17) 73rd Congress, be carried on U.S.-flag vessels.
