The amendments were proposed by the Cherry Industry Administrative Board (Board), which is responsible for local administration of the order. One amendment would clarify the current limitation on the number of Board members that may be from, or affiliated with, a single ``sales constituency'' by amending the definition of that term. Another would simplify the method used to establish volume regulations for tart cherries.
