This helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. The Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration is soliciting comments concerning revision of two currently approved information collection requests (ICRs), Prohibited Transaction Class Exemption 76- 1, OMB Number 1210-0058, and Prohibited Transaction Class Exemption 77- 10, OMB Number 1210-0081. The Department proposes to revise the ICR currently approved under OMB Number 1210-0058 by incorporating the information collection provisions of Prohibited Transaction Class Exemption 77-10 into OMB Number 1210-0058, and allowing OMB Number 1210-0081 to expire on April 30, 2000.
