The Postal Service also proposed one DMM change specific to combined mailings. This notice announces the adoption of these changes. They support the new Standardized Acceptance and Verification (SAVE) procedures for First-Class Mail and Standard Mail (A) automation letters and cards, and limit the weight of First-Class Mail with precanceled stamps in combined mailings.
