This notice is an update of the Financial Condition Scoring Process notice on scoring that was published on June 23, 1999. This notice takes into consideration public comment received on the June 23, 1999 notice and reflects the changes made to the PHAS regulations published on January 11, 2000, with certain corrections published on June 6, 2000.
