00-13810 Public Use of NARA Facilities Rule NARA is revising its regulations for use of its facilities. This rule entirely rewrites and reorganizes this portion of NARA's regulations to incorporate several changes, and also to clarify it using plain language. The regulation has been updated to include new rules for public use of the National Archives at College Park, MD, and it also lowers the age at which an unaccompanied child can visit a NARA facility from 16 to 14 years old.
