Pakistan challenges the United States' action of imposing a transitional safeguard on imports of combed cotton yarn from Pakistan. In this dispute, Pakistan alleges that ths safeguard measure is inconsistent with certain ogligations under the WTO Agreement on Textiles and Clothing.
