00-12408 Minority and Women Outreach Program-Contracting Rule The Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is amending its regulation establishing an outreach program for minority- and women-owned businesses and announcing its policy to utilize that portion of the Federal Affirmative Action Contracting Program, set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulations, providing contracting benefits to Small Disadvantaged Businesses. The FDIC will no longer grant a price incentive based solely on race and gender criteria.
